Andrea Von Hoff focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, divorce, and paternity, including serving as guardian ad litem for children. Andrea has represented individuals from all walks of life facing the widest variety of issues in a six-county area encompassing Juneau, Sauk, Columbia, Adams, Waushara, and Marquette Counties. Attorney Von Hoff has experience in all of the typical issues arising in family law, such as child placement, maintenance, and asset valuation, as well as experience in many uncommon issues such as interstate jurisdiction, termination of parental rights, grandparents' visitation, complex child support calculations, and small business valuation. Regardless of the matter, Attorney Von Hoff thoroughly educates her clients on the risks and rewards of entering into a settlement or taking a matter to trial.
In all cases, Andrea provides strong advocacy for her client while at the same time tailoring her services to fit her client's unique goals and needs. Her approach is based on good communication to ensure her client fully understands the process and his or her options. Always remaining empathetic and a good listener, Andrea believes that knowledge leads to confidence for her clients going through a difficult time in life.
The Personal Side
Andrea lives in the Dells area, and spends her free time with the dogs and cats at the Columbia County Humane Society, and visiting with her family throughout Wisconsin.
